This campaign doesn't take a dime from developers, PACs, or special interests. It runs entirely on neighbor-to-neighbor effort. If you believe in what we're building, show up.
Why we don't take cash donations
Most campaigns are funded by the people who want something in return. We're not doing that. Wayland's campaign is built on the belief that a city council member should answer to residents — not donors.
That means we rely entirely on volunteers. Every door knocked, every conversation had, every yard sign planted is the currency of this campaign. And it's worth more than any check.
Six ways to help
How to give your time
Knock doors
Spend a weekend morning walking your neighborhood and talking to voters or dropping off flyers. We'll give you everything you need.
Text or call
Text or call your family, friends and neighbors that live in District 3 and tell them about our candidate. That's all it takes.
Host a yard sign
Put a sign in your yard and let your street know where you stand.
Share online
Post on social media, forward our links and updates. Word of mouth is powerful.
Host a house party
Invite friends and neighbors over to meet Wayland. Small gatherings move votes.
Offer your skills
Graphic design, photography, writing, web, translation — if you have a skill, we can use it.
